ZONA MACO 26 Cultural Envoys
Over 6 days, a crew of 16 artists and donors travel to Latin America’s largest art fair, exploring cultural diplomacy through the eyes of local artists and wove the passionate, powerful, and purposeful threads of the US-Mexico diaspora.

HER VOICE @ 543 Howard
Over 40 women gathered on a Sunday in SF to celebrate past, present, and future voices on International Women’s Day — through song, story, art, craft, sound healing, food, wine, and laughter, we traversed the arc of transformation in community.

When 16 artists collaborated on a multi-sensory playground experience during SF Art Week, their 300 nearest and dearest “friends” got to explore light, sound, and action through visual and performing arts and community connection.

Healing through Art @ The Midway
COVEN, Black Burner Project, and We Are From Dust collaborate to put together a powerful panel on Healing Through Art, Diversity and Empowerment at Burning Man and Beyond, facilitated by the incredible Candace Locklear.

COVEN soft-launched at our Art Beyond the Living Room Salon, hosted by Adriana & Aaron Vermut, with talks by Erin Douglas, Greg Holmes, and Peyton Scott Russell moving our community to tears and laughter.

Dorka's 50th Birthday @ Heron Arts
Everyone who was everyone in the Bay Area arts and culture scene turned up to celebrate the amazing force that Dorka is—with dragon dancing, wine, and DJ sets. We’re lucky to have her on our AIR Selection Committee!

Temple Fundraising | The Battery
COVEN supporting the fundraiser dinner for Temple of Together, designed by the second female lead artist Caroline Ghosn and built by over 1,000 community volunteers for Burning Man, the world’s largest outdoor gallery.

ART IGNITE Fundraiser @ The Box Shop
Over 300 turned out to enjoy the talks and a showcase of 16 female and LGBTQIA+ artists in the Bay Are during peak Burning Man art build season. The Pulse was on fire from Flaming Lotus Girls and there was even a chicken at the bar.

Vertical Camp Post-Strike Crew
It wasn’t enough to build a 7-story liveable tower and support 2 art projects at Burning Man this year, we had to also strike in 3 days…and unload, clean, load, and clean some more. We donned red noses and pink shirts, ate well, and played well!

Vision Workshop @ PSP Harbor
Rob Fyfe, Yaella Frankyl, and Daryl Henline dream about the future with the COVEN team (and Alita’s dog Chloe) in the newly renovated and quirkily decorated clubhouse at at Point San Pablo Harbor on a crisp autumn day.

ART SCULPTURE HIKE @ Djerassi
The COVEN team spent a beautiful morning trekking and golf-carting around the 583-acre Djerassi Ranch, not getting to even half of the 40 sculptures on-site! We brainstormed with trustees, staff, and artists about a future collab.

Healing Self-Expression @ Arcana
COVEN and Arts.Co.Lab curate an all-women panel on healing self-expression through art at a community gathering featuring multimedia artists in the Mission SF. Every artist recieves a snack and a rose from the local abuela of flowers.

COVEN Holiday Bash @ 543 Howard
A soft opening of 543 Howard brings over 100 friends to celebrate the holidays and share gratitude for two full years of COVEN as a nonproft — culminating in Rev Archbishop King playing John Coltrane’s sax under the full moon in downtown SF.

Jessie Sunday brought all the somatic vibes (and all the dance moves) for nearly 400 people to enjoy the color of life at this microfestival with art exhibitions, live hybrid DJ, tarot card readings, and even a hair salon!
